Antonio Casado Perez, senior partner, was managing director of Sotogrande SA from 1991-96 and is a former director of real estate development for the major Spanish Bank BBVA. He is a graduate of Washington University where he obtained a Masters degree in architecture.

Candida Taylor, senior partner, worked from 1991-97 as commercial and marketing director of Sotogrande SA. Her expert knowledge of real estate on the Costa del Sol - gained from running her own offices in Spain and United Kingdom since 1980 - combines with a talent for unique landscape and interior design to add an important facet to Predio's services.

Juan Real Roman, partner, began his successful career as a technical architect in 1969, since then he has directed several large building projects - including work for the Spanish bank BBVA and a large hotel group in the Cadiz area.

Pedro Pena, partner, is a well-known Marbella based interior designer and art gallery owner.

Gloria Bueno, building director, responsible for a range of prestigious projects, she brings a wealth of experience in the building of quality homes to the Predio team.
